WavCash Loyalty Reward Policy

Current launch scope: WavCash balance display and earning may be enabled. Cash withdrawal remains disabled for the public. The software includes a controlled, manual-review request workflow for administrator testing, but public activation requires separate regulatory classification, operational approval and an updated launch notice.

1. What WavCash is

WavCash is a non-transferable promotional loyalty reward for eligible, successfully settled Wavswap subscription payments. It is shown in euro cents as a calculation and record-keeping unit. It is not a bank account, deposit, savings product, investment, security or cryptocurrency. It does not earn interest and does not compound.

2. Eligibility and calculation

The Starter rate is 2.5% of the provider-verified eligible subscription amount. The eligible amount may be lower than the total charged because VAT or other tax, discounts, refunded or disputed amounts and identifiable payment-provider fees are excluded. Failed, pending, trial, test, duplicate, unrelated and unverifiable payments do not qualify.

Rewards are stored in whole euro cents and rounded to the nearest cent. Each verified payment creates one reward record. Existing WavCash does not generate additional WavCash merely because it remains in the account.

3. Loyalty tiers

• Starter: 2.5% from the first eligible completed payment.
• Silver: 3% beginning with the sixth eligible completed payment.
• Gold: 4% beginning with the twelfth eligible completed payment.
• Diamond: 5% beginning with the twenty-fourth eligible completed payment.

Tier progress depends on verified eligible payments, not account age. Any future rate or threshold change applies prospectively after reasonable notice. Wavswap will not silently reduce correctly earned historical rewards.

4. Refunds, chargebacks and corrections

A full refund or chargeback reverses the reward linked to that payment. A partial refund reverses the corresponding proportional amount. Wavswap may correct a duplicate, technical error, incorrect user match or provider error, with an auditable ledger entry. A correction may temporarily create a negative balance; future rewards are first applied against that negative amount.

5. Cancellation, inactivity and account closure

Cancelling or ending a subscription stops future earning but does not automatically erase valid rewards already earned. WavCash does not expire under the current rules. An inactive subscription may still display an earned balance. Where an account is closed, Wavswap may retain transaction records where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, chargebacks or legal claims.

6. Withdrawal request terms — prepared but not publicly active

Public cash withdrawal is currently unavailable and is not promised under the present launch scope. When Wavswap separately activates withdrawal requests, the following safeguards will apply in addition to any updated launch notice:

• Only available WavCash from verified eligible payments may be requested. Pending, reserved, reversed, disputed or negative balances are not withdrawable.
• The requester must use their own verified PayPal or bank account, provide an accurate legal name and country, accept the current withdrawal terms, and complete any proportionate identity or ownership check requested by Wavswap.
• One request may be active at a time. The requested amount is moved from available to reserved status while it is reviewed.
• Every request is manually reviewed for account ownership, duplicate destinations, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, sanctions, tax, regulatory and payout-provider requirements. A submitted request is not a guarantee of approval or payment.
• Wavswap may approve, reject, cancel or fail a request with a documented reason. A rejected, failed or cancelled request releases the reserved WavCash back to the user unless a separate valid reversal or correction applies.
• A request is marked paid only after an administrator records the external PayPal or bank payment reference. Wavswap does not ask users to pay an advance fee to receive a payout.
• Any minimum, maximum, country availability, processing estimate or fee will be displayed before submission. Mandatory rights and any applicable electronic-money or payment-services rules prevail over programme wording.
• Users are responsible for any personal tax reporting that legally applies to them; Wavswap will keep legally required accounting and audit records.

Conversion into Wavswap Credits remains a separate feature and is not enabled by these withdrawal-request terms.

7. Fair use and suspension

Wavswap may pause earning or access to investigate fraud, duplicate accounts, payment reversals, identity conflicts, abuse or legal obligations. Decisions will be based on documented account and provider records. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Complaints and governing law

Questions or balance disputes can be sent to support@wavswap.com. Dutch law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in the user’s country of residence.
