Questions before you start

How do Wavswap credits work?

Your plan gives you a set number of credits. You spend those credits on downloadable sounds and packs in the Wavswap library.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal. Your access follows the status of your active plan.

When do I get credits and access?

Credits and access are applied after Stripe or PayPal confirms a successful subscription payment. Failed, pending or cancelled payments do not create new credits.

Can I buy samples without subscribing?

Yes. Add a PAYG balance from €3.50 with Stripe or PayPal, then use €0.35 for each individual sample. Every purchased sample is added to My Downloads and can be downloaded again without paying a second time.

Can my PayPal email be different from my Wavswap email?

Yes. Wavswap securely links the subscription to the account you log in with, even if your PayPal billing email is different.
